Surprisingly relevant to the metal I listen to! Wagner and a lot of the classical music from that time period influences a lot of the power and folk metal out now (i.e. there’s literally a supergroup called ‘Twilight of the Gods’). If I was making a “Best Of 1876” list, that’d be on it 😁😁
