another way to think about it, is him and his team aren't experts in everything and can't chase every rabbit hole, by sharing his vitals publicly, he basically open sources it and ppl can go down those rabbit holes and he can chose to pursue the most important hypotheses, idk i think this benefits him in the long run (and the ppl who follow him)
