Topic of the day in /sense Lark or owl? For a few years now, I've become a morning person, and I feel much better now, less tired throughout the day. During the week, I always get up at 5:40 so I can exercise before work, and I try not to stay in bed later than 9:30. On weekends, I take advantage of the opportunity and sleep a little longer, but I usually wake up at 8:00 and stay up a little longer. I don't like to stay up too late either 🤷🏽♀️

For some years my wake up time was around 6am, and sleeping around 22 , but now I have to work with clients in the other side of the world, 7 hours difference so I'm forced to be an owl now :)
