I'm incredibly bullish on the changes coming to channels. Requiring ownership of the channel FT to cast there gives the FTs huge utility (for channels that opt in to the FT membership model).

I think this will make the communities around channels MUCH stronger and more aligned (even DAOish?), rather than now where channels are more like hashtags

There seem to be pros and cons, but I'm positive!
YouTube also has paid channels, but if it's a meaningful channel, it's popular!
The number of accounts doing BOT and farming will also decrease!
