Started getting into listening to podcasts while on long runs. 

I started listening to @kepano on yesterday's run and it's has been interesting. The need to start journalling and putting words down for oneself, the concept of "audience of selves" and embracing constraints have really really hit. 

I still need to get to the end though, just 1 hr in.
