It's a recurring theme for me.
It's not only comm in general, but with other cultures, spoken, written, etc.

What are you doing to keep improving your communication skills?

I used Poised and make presentations about things I'm confident about

Poised is a plugin I use that gives you live feedback on how you talk, body language, tone, etc.

But I feel this is just 1% of it and what I should be doing more of, is doing it IRL. Now.... I have a bit of social anxiety, but it's getting better. I did a few presentations online with my company, but always wanted to do one IRL in a big event
