Kinda interested in finding work in web3 so wondering what kind of positions are available for a senior fullstack dev (14y exp) without working web3 exp 👀 Current 💜 stack: Remix(react), Typescript, Tailwind, Postgres. Love crafting tooling UI's, but also have exp in e-commerce and streaming platforms.

If you don’t mind picking up some web3 native tooling, I think any team would be lucky to have you. I am seriously considering making a move like this, but on my side, my experience is still very low, just 1.5years.
