Is a farcaster account trustless if it can be recovered by the protocol without a seed phrase? What is the process of recovery? What stops Farcaster from 'recovering' my account without my consent?

You can change the recovery address using your Farcaster address (which is user-controlled). Will have a tool to do that soonish. Warpcast is the recovery address by default for users that signed up with Warpcast.
