▶️ Are all clients ready to cut Pectra releases? If yes, testnet fork dates can be ✨officially✨ chosen. The mainnet date still won't be FINAL™️ until the fork on Sepolia is successful with no issues. It'll be ~30 days after that.

▶️ Pectra retrospective: This conversation has been ongoing but it's important to make it have tangible outcomes - how do we structure the points that have already been made to productively incorporate feedback on the process?

▶️ EIP-7666: The EOF team would like to use a similar mechanism for the TXCREATE mechanism that was part of the original EOF draft for Pectra

▶️ Max blobs flag: this'll allow validators to specify # blobs they're willing to include (setting it lower decreases resource requirements)
