How will Diva work and how I will be able to run a validator with 1eth?
Will be possible to run this in a dappnode (or with dappnode OS)?

Not sure about DAppNode - I'm guessing someone would need to build the plugin but afaiui Diva uses distributed validator tech (DVT) to combine you with other operators to create a 32 ETH validator - so you hold a piece of the key for the 32 ETH validator and are part of a DVT cluster that runs it

Is this a new network with own rules and consensus? 
I mean, do you need to run some new "validator's network" software in tandem with your EL and CL clients?

not a new network! This is a contract that's built on top of Ethereum and deposits into Ethereum's staking contract - it's just a protocol that enables people with lower amounts of capital to participate in Ethereum consensus. So you'd run standard CL & EL clients but you'd also be running Diva's DVT software
