Anyone can recommend on how to >start< getting fit? Ever since Covid I gained a lot of weight. Went from a total stick to being 98kg. I'm not really interested in growing a lot of muscles or turning into a gym bro, just really want to lose some weight and gain more endurance. Is doing this bike/cycle thing enough?

To do the THING frequently enough. that is the hard part. try to imagine which activity you are most likely to stick to for the rest of your life. Once you get to a fitness level you are happy with, you can pick another sport. Again, what matters more is consistency, and anything that helps you being consistent.

Calorie counting is also important, but dietary wise the easiest way IMO is fasting. You get to eat during 8 hours in a day and nothing except eat yet and coffee the other 16 hours.

TLDR - do an activity you are most likely to do. Weekly consistency is key - fasting: 8 hours eat, 16 hours fast You can change your activity once you reach a fitness level you are happy with. There are so many physical activities you can do that honestly it is a joy being alive.
