First "Cerulean, Actually" swatch coming in. Available at https://happyrudy.com/products/cerulean-actually The shade name is in reference to the movie Love Actually... but I only think of the rant Miranda Priestly went on about the colour Cerulean in The Devil Wears Prada. So there's a double meaning here. 💙
