Hi everyone, I’m not sure if anyone has played with Stadium Sports League before, but there’s a petition circulating because they are enacting a policy that excludes non-binary and genderqueer players from their women’s leagues. If you’ve played with them or are a member of the Toronto community, I strongly encourage you to sign the petition.

I’ve played against this team before*, and they are one of the kindest teams in the league. They don’t deserve this kind of treatment—no one does.

* More context: I have played in this league but quit after being subjected to verbal harassment, which the league condoned. it seems their practices have now escalated to literal human rights violations  🙃
