1) You have a custodial wallet created for your account. Your seed phrase is in your profile settings. Back that shit up like you do other seedphrases.

2) If you have an ens, consider switching that wallet as your default here...mints etc will get sent to it

how do you properly mint stuff. Like some mints require you to click "mint" and some require you to visit a site and cast it first. I am confused.

The complete answer here is "it depends". Some of the stuff you're seeing "Mint" requires minting with your wallet, others can use Warps in 1 click...which is honestly, truly a dream once you've experienced it. The other cast thing you're talking about is Frames, but that RC meta stuff is going to die soon (rightly so)
