vnice what kind of weights and moves did you do? friend came over and *while nursing an unrelated back injury* repped 132 kg / 290 lb squats. i have never attempted that much yet but it was nice to recalibrate my aim: higher the bulgarian split squats were KILLER too, legs ded now

bruh, i don't do squats anymore they are terrifying for me and less effective for muscle breaking (might be wrong) i did leg press of 120kg or something, maxxed out those weights

cool that is big, yeah i have been doing a "power building" program for a while now. most sessions start with low volume heavy compound moves (squat etc) then switch to lower weight higher volume accessory exercises for the rest. mix of strength and hypertrophy
