already shipped but lemme know if you enjoyed it and only through ppl resonating and embodying the values on a long time horizon honestly. won't hurt to mention it directly and use in speaking engagements, networking, etc. but largely an attrition based dynamic imo

minted on release :) I'm thinking a lot about collective sensemaking in networks. coming from the DAO space, we've done a lot of intentional in-person facilitation to find a group's shared beliefs and values. curious about ways we can do more of this digitally. but think IRL component will always be essential
