a real problem crypto can solve is treasury mgmt for localized irl groups like, e.g. community gardens, mutual aid groups, etc. 

these are essentially "microdaos" that exist in the real world but are operating with subpar economic infra today

idk that deeply, just i was like half involved in my community garden last year for a bit and the processes felt so similar to a dao, but just much slower and inefficient on fiat. 

like venmoing a guy for dues, not really sure where the money sat or how much we had, but irl voting on proposals and stuff, just feel like it could be improved so much

Definitely agree it can be improved. One challenge is this audience requires extreme DeFi mullet app experience. Probably everything under the hood

We think the defi mullet experience is (almost) here, just not evenly distributed
