I’m on my 22nd migraine in the last 26 days. Just want to vent, hope you don’t mind. 
I don’t need medical advice, it’s happening because I’m switching medications so I just need to ride it out but damn it’s not easy.

I too have felt this, for some good time now I've been experiencing serious body pains and it's been as if some tissues in my born are being squeezed 

I just hope to get better as I haven't really gone for a proper medication asides hot baths and mama stretching my bones (which have given me some relief ngl)

Hopefully we get better Renee
