What are some properties that a token launch should have for you to consider it ethical / values-aligned and not decrease your excitement for the project?

Not influencer shilled. Every project that starts off heavily influencer shilled has done well the first week, but then comes crashing hard after influencers sell out. Instead launch, build, deliver, and grow organically is the best way IMO.
