I’m back home. Yesterday I practiced Pilates. I plan to practice yoga in the next days. And probably to vou for some running depending on the weather. Let’s see.

Ow wonderful plan! How you do your yoga usually? If you do it with an app or something we can start a quest together 😍 I was right about to start yoga this week And my other workout plan I told you about is dancing workout But about running process, I can’t join🫣 I have a little issue with that

Dancing is pretty nice. A very nice workout. We have to find things that we like to do. I’ll try to go to a yoga studio in person. It is a way of leaving my place and meeting some people.
