It's becoming clear we need a higher bar for tipper eligibility. Too many tippers are bots or very low-quality users. 

I'm doing some research to determine the best way to address this, but requiring every tipper meet an OpenRank threshold is the likely the most straightforward solution. Feedback welcome.

Starting tomorrow, only users who have an OpenRank following rank below 100k will be eligible for a tip allowance.

This will result in about ~40 current tippers losing eligibility (~8%). 

Generally speaking, the lower this rank, the more likely the account is controlled by a person aligned with Farcaster's long-term vision. So this requirement should help maintain high quality and reward genuine community members.

Following rank is a great idea - tends to eliminate sybil clusters. Did you mean to say "higher" instead of lower?

For the openrank score, lower number is best. The #1 is the first of the rank, the #100 is the 100th, etc
