Starting tomorrow, only users who have an OpenRank following rank below 100k will be eligible for a tip allowance. You can check your rank here: https://genyleap.xyz/farcaster/openrank/frame This will result in about ~40 current tippers losing eligibility (~8%). Generally speaking, the lower this rank, the more likely the account is controlled by a person aligned with Farcaster's long-term vision. So this requirement should help maintain high quality and reward genuine community members.

I'm rebuilding my account for a reason. If it's a limit of 100,000, the bot account will be cleared soon. The follow-up rank on the day I remade it was 20000th. The rank of my friend who remade it for the same purpose was 2000th.
