Hi I'm Joelle, I'm a 42 yo artist from Montreal. I worked as a food & landscape photographer for the past few years, but I also have a background in finance and worked as a fashion / shoe designer / makeup artist for over a decade prior to that. Lately I've been focusing on experimenting with gen art.

nice! we're pretty similar. cron is like my philosophy but pretty lenient with it lol.... but i love eating clean and cooking my own meals. i want to be healthy for as long as possible. 

i've been reading his newsletters and watching his yt videos. i'm so curious about the diet. would love to see the updates!

ah right on! feel free to share your experiments & findings in /biohacking then  :) I got into C.R.O.N about 20 years ago, back then ppl thought I was insane for restricting my calories and labeled me orthorexic lol I think it really paid off when it comes to slowing down aging. 

I also do IR light therapy sessions every morning while meditating, do cold plunges and I'm a total health freak I make all my meals and include a ton of medicinal plants (also studied plant medicine), which I often forage myself to freeze or dehydrate so I can make my own supplements. About to start @bryanjohnson's Blueprint diet & buy his stack we'll see how that goes haha
