I tried the 36 hours fast this week and let me tell you, the day and night felt longer than before. I felt like I have so much time but I don't know how to manage it. My sleep was so shallow and I kept thinking on how I will break my fast. I noticed some improvement on my back pain and I noticed my craving for sugar reduced significantly. I was craving only soups with kimchi, chicken or beef broth. I thought this was some type of gut healing that occurred. Def worth it and highly recommend it!
