My tip allowance is changing a few times a day and it doesnt show what i used earlier today, its wierd

I started the day with 463 degens of allowance. It's still the same day, and now I have 343 of allowance. I've lost almost 100 degens of allowance in one day. 

Can someone explain this to me?
