I like your view but it seems crypto is even more about attention than other markets & socmedia and "unfortunately" every business/projects needs to get enough views, users, stakeholders, investors to survive. So, ultimately I hope engagement rates and vanity metrics won't be overemphasized and "good"/value-add content, builders get their fair share of attention but nature & trend of people is trending in the other direction and it's hard to play a different game. Prob requires many idealist builders who win AND go against the trend.

ngl supercast had a path to becoming an incubator for such people. self selecting, more about honing ideas than chasing them. same with openventures. the ownership and innovative ideas promised by decentralized social media: will more likely emerge out of a scenius, than be engineered to sit at the top of an algo leaderboard that is tuned to appeal to come-get-paid newcomers
