Trying out some rye! From High West in Utah: baking spices, cinnamon most notably, like a fruitcake on the nose. Sharp yet thin palate, low viscosity. The port barrel finish shines through in a cherry red color. I'm not a rye expert, but probably one of the better noses I've sensed on any whiskey.
