It's been a few days that I'm feeling good emotionally. I slowed down. I don't work a lot, I go to university but I don't force myself to study a lot. I spend time with my friends walking or playing video games, I watch series with my husband. I use socials very little. I can't say I always eat well, but I eat enough. I'm not in a hurry. Oh, I missed not being in a hurry for so long. I've been taking little breaks from work and other duties for a few months already and it's just now that I start to feel relieved. I feel alive.
