If they could have attacked, they wouldn't have kept issuing warnings and would have just done it. The fact that they haven't means that attacking Iran's nuclear facilities isn't as simple as that.

And to think it all started when the US overthrew the Iranian democratic government in 1953 at the behest of the UK.

I think Iran has only two options:
return to a strong nuclear agreement
or if this trend continues, its nuclear facilities will be attacked.
