will majority of network states adopt futarchy & if so, will we see them follow the agar.io path? not convinced, will see how this plays out. financial value is great but base assumption is that network state optimise for other metrics - like population growth, happiness etc ... which doesn't mean that

they can't tap in the power of futarchy since you can tie financial contracts to whatever metrics & then use the market incentives to find the path to these metrics improvements
