You can use it in your city then its not an international option 🙄🧐

Radio waves can go as far as outside the solar system, the galaxy and beyon, so I believe it's fine on earth. Using the grid of Lora and HamRadio is our best options if cables are down. Plus satellites. And you can easily carry a device with you, even have it solar/wind powered.

But I agree it's not really a mainstream option right now...  Try to keep some nerd tech friends in case of 😉
