We have added onchain payments to Roles at https://app.decentdao.org/! You can now set up and manage one-off payments and ongoing payment streams (a la payroll) to your DAO members in one single proposal.

Up next: Add terms to any role to more formally elect members to serve the DAO for a set period of time. Tie payment streams to term periods and set up special proposals to revoke members not upholding their responsibilities.
