Staying in head-down grind mode for a while. Several professional and personal projects all manifested themselves this month. Engaging in daily & weekly rituals to stay focused, plan ahead, execute, and recharge to avoid burnout: - Daily to-do list creation and self check-ins - Exercise 2-3 times /week + 1 sauna or stretching session - Saturday yoga w/ /onair - At least 1 long bike ride /week to let my mind rest - Offline hours from 4-8pm w/ evening shifts from 8-10pm - Meal. Prep. - 1 housekeeping task /day I hope to have more to share soon. ๐
