Newer founders or businesses tend to get lost in the weeds of what their solution is rather than articulating what problem they’re solving and why it matters. Telling a compelling yet concise story takes time, and a ton of practice, but is a powerful vehicle for enrolling people in toward co-creative development.

my immediate thoughts go to lots of products have the right intent, but the execution is so horrible. how do you define what?
