Sounds great, but I’m curious how this plays out in terms of actual policy, land use, and equity. Greenwashing is easy, true integration isn’t

For sure. I don’t follow public policy in Chattanooga closely so I don’t have much to offer up.

At the very least I hope they bake nature-based policy into their urbanization projects.
