Anyone read anything about GenAI's impact on incentive engineering? Imo the most impactful GenAI apps will change the reward schedule of creation. Creation used to be an arduous journey with the reward of deep satisfaction at the end, but GenAI can make it feel like opening a series of loot boxes.

So true! Ironically, it’s often my most grandiose visions that kick me into creator mode. Eg writing, the ideas I think are most worth publishing are too complex for my skill to capture adequately (in my mind). Starting with mini posts and working up from there!
