You know it's over when the regulators get hung up on bottle caps instead of allowing the future to unfold.

I got mad when I had to use the attached caps on my milk boxes and only later heard that this was actually forced upon everyone by the EU. And then I was double mad.

It's over.

gotta love preference diversity- they should allow the free market to decide which one is better

As an American I honestly loved the euro caps and get annoyed now with old ones. You flip it down and it stays out of the way, and you don’t have to worry about holding a cap in your hand and getting it all dirty.

mostly buy 1.5l bottles to drink throughout the day

Just drink either glass or can, problem solved

it’s very uncomfortable to drink or serve with it on, so i have to tear the cap off

as a person that regularly drop and dirty the caps I welcome my EU regulator overlords
