how do you explain the universal post-COVID time acceleration phenomenon? 

do you feel this way? why do you think that is? like how is it summer 2025?

i understand time speeds up as you age, but this is something different—even the younger generations are experiencing it

this is hard to test – the fact that younger generations experience it doesn't really say anything (as we experience time speeding up at all ages as we grow)

i think it just feels different because lockdowns were a complete disruption of how we experience our daily lives, so it's easy for our brains to say there's a before and after

i got lucky tbh so can't complain

but most of my friends went through hell

yeah true, i’ve just noticed an uptick of like 21-25 year olds all talking about how fun lockdown was & how will never have that again

when i was 22, i certainly was not thinking like that
