Installed the rodeo PWA. Love that it instantly syncs with Farcaster’s social graph once my wallet was connected. I was already following a lot of my favorite artists out of the gate. Funding the embedded wallet is a nice UX enabling users to collect without hassle (although the initial flip flop between app and wallet is still a pain point imo). Some performance issues, including the frontend crashing (Vercel error), caused the experience to lag. Most notably, collecting takes a while between button press and actual delivery whereas on Zora the collecting process feels instant (I do realize that some optimistic UI elements make this possible). Native mobile app is a must for this to garner adoption. Backend probably needs optimization. But overall I felt like I discovered better stuff more quickly than I do on Zora. Plus I can rely on Ethereum being around whereas Zora feels sort of precarious in terms of housing a long term collection.
