Thoughts on Trump's cabinet meeting. He refuses to answer any substantive questions from journalists and only acknowledges praise. His cabinet is full of subservient lackeys who will yes-man him or be eliminated. Trump's administration appears to be purposefully torpedoing the economy. They likely plan to force a mini-recession with mass job losses and rising prices, creating an environment where middle-class people have no hope and must start offloading assets (if they have any). They're expelling and deterring all migrant workers, firing thousands of federal workers, and imposing egregious tariffs on companies outside the US. Major companies like Apple are already capitulating, which will increase the price of EVERYTHING. There's a focus on quelling inflation, which means they'll eventually restart quantitative easing. Powell may present a challenge, but I'm sure they'll make things so bad that there's no choice. The only solace from this inevitability is hoarding Bitcoin, property, and cash.

So, you’re describing a kind of dump and pump scheme ? Makes sense, but very dangerous for midterm elections ? Because I can understand the selfish lazy appeal of the maga cult but many might swing after feeling the consequences of this politics.

Idk, remember the chaos during Elon’s Twitter turn-around? Same energy.. Trump is asserting dominance with price anchors and posturing; attempting to course correct —Which course is the “right course” is debatable, of course. “Normal is an illusion. What is normal for the spider is chaos for the fly”.
