ig reels are kinda like 2nd order to tiktok videos from my understanding. "the best tt vids get posted to ig 2 weeks later," seems to be consensus. 

the beauty of the tiktok distro is that you get a ton of knock-on ugc and even kinda shitty tracks become an earworm. they seem way more lax about licensing than ig as well.
