What is this FID, and where can I check if I have less than 30k?

It’s your Farcaster ID. You can check it by going to your profile and tapping the burger icon, then selecting “About”

It shows 353389 as my id.

So you'd be ineligible from that criteria but you might qualify based on the other two options.

FWIW, even I don't qualify for that one. You'd have to be super early to the platform to have an FID that low.
