So if 1 Noun is pegged at 1M $NOUNS and vice versa, how will volatility impact the underlying value of the NFTs as speculators inevitably come forth? To my understanding, growing/maintaining the effective value of Nouns NFTs is a DAO goal. 

Also, how much $NOUNS does one need to participate in the DAO?

Cool. Will definitely be interesting to see how that relationship organically modifies the game theory. I def think the intention of expanding reach will be achieved either way. Keeping my eye on this!

With parties forming to vote pro rata you could have a partial vote with just 1 $nouns. But to non-collective vote you would need 1m to convert into a full noun.

there will definitely be a close relationship between the price of $nouns and the auction price of Nouns.

As for DAO participation, we're leaving the design out of scope for now, with the intention to figure it out in a subsequent version.
