Base Appchains are for DePiN DePiN apps are high touchpoint networks requiring dedicated blockspace for: 1) low cost (read/write/execute) 2) scale (throughput) 3) customizations (app token for gas; permissions to ensure blockspace is used in service of the DePiN network)
