Those that do Push Pull splits, do you guys normally do a push day, then immediately follow up with. a pull session next day? Or do you split it up? Quite sore from my push day, mainly focused on upper body because I did a shit ton of cardio.

I do Push, pull, legs then repeat and take a day off on the 7th day. I’ll sometimes go lighter if I’m feeling gnar or take extra days off. It’s a marathon and not a sprint. Do what lets you be consistent
