There was a dispute between them and Conduit about getting the access to the degen chain keys. It appears to have been resolved.

What happened? I guess I’m not degen enough to know. lol

Thanks @birdnals they should actually hire you as I do not practice. Though I went to law school and have largely spent all of my time in the legal industry, I do so in the legaltech side of the business. @degentokenbase should retain your services. Or, the other very capable crypto lawyers.

Strong +1 to having a crypto native attorney (like Nick) involved in these types of deals early. It will often prevent future disputes and end up saving time/money, as everyone agrees what the rules are from the jump.
