Not overdosing on added sugar (doesn’t have to zero but ideally below 10g) and eating dinner early has made the biggest measurable difference for stuff like this for me I can still eat unhealthy food on the days I want to but eating early helps

Honestly, that's a reason why I tend to sleep on the earlier side — then I never get hungry and have midnight snacks.
