There was some... Content... Somewhere about how when quotes launched that's when the toxicity took off on twitter Think @dwr.eth referenced that before on why it's not here but I may be getting wires crossed

imho the ben evans core idea that quote tweets are toxic is hogwash. social media = adding value through commentary, remixing, recontextualization. making people copy paste warpcast links is bad UX, but it’s even worse in terms of composability — hardcoded warpcast links are DOA for other frontends.. plus link rot
