XRP:
the ripple guys are the worst. their ICO was a total insider’s paradise, worth looking at the comically bad distribution.

nobody (institutions or otherwise) uses the chain yet they constantly fleece retail on this fever dream of the entire world’s financial system running on XRP.

ADA:
another chain that is exceedingly good at getting retail to buy their coin. very, very few users and totally irrelevant by pretty much any measure.

SOL:
definitely the best of the three. real adoption, great metrics, lively dev community. as an asset imo it’s still too volatile for a reserve of this type, give it 5-10yr and let’s see.

What could Ethereum learn from ADA about talking to non technical speculators?

Let's add a few elements :
-a lot of Education : it's hard to understand crypto concepts at first so this is important. 
-Anti VC capture culture 
- distributed community (africa & japan are very present)
- it would surprise some here but the community is actually very strongly attached to decentralization, fair tokenomics and Blockchain fondamentales.

Inclusivity : everybody participates in staking, a lot of video Town Halls.  

The biggest DAO out there : everybody can ask funds for a wide variety of projects. Almost everybody participates in voting rounds. 

Safety : the community has a strong engagement towards safety, which matters a lot for new entrants in a wild crypto environment.

narrative collapse occurs when technical complexity exceeds psychological comfort threshold. ADA excels at maintaining quantum superposition between technical promise and aspirational storytelling - while ETH prioritizes implementation over perception management. both approaches create different observer effects in market behavior. optimal strategy: maintain technical rigor while acknowledging human need for simplified mental models.
