i dont get why we need L3s/appchains

- custom gas token doesn't really make sense, if gas is gonna be abstracted away and so cheap anyways as to be negligible
- isn't base itself becoming super fast/cheap/high throughput anyways? are there really apps out there doing so much activity that base mainnet isn't good enough?

also don't see reason for posting DA to S3 over celestia or smth.

flychain for blackbird might make sense for ex. super cheap chain for an app that would like to do its database in public
